Yoga & Breathwork with Fie Lindholm

For Fie, yoga is her home base and safe space. It’s where she finds grounding, connection, and works towards a deeper understanding of her inner essence. It’s her experience that exploring life through the lens of yoga can help filtering what’s actually important and guide us in the direction of a more authentic self. She has been guiding yoga classes since 2015 and feels very humble to witness how this holistic art of practice holds the power of cultivating inner and outer freedom, kindness, compassion and a sense of peace.

In class, you can expect a balanced blend of steadiness and ease, space and support, as we dive into the state of flows, postures, breath, and presence. The classes will always be designed and guided in respect of seasonal changes and the rhythmn of life

Classes will be held December 2.
