Yoga & Meditation with Cecilie Svensson

Cecilie is drawn to the fusion of power and softness, and how the two can intertwine in a dynamic and strong practice but also in a more gentle type of yoga. She draws knowledge and learning from the balance and application of these two qualities, inspiring her both on and off the mat. Her classes are a mix of listening, feeling, moving, and playing. She values the passageway into a philosophical and energetic personal space a yoga class can offer, but ultimately, she just really loves a good flow. Expect creative sequences, fun transitions, and occasionally a good sweat!

Classes will be held December 16.
