A Ritual Evening of Movement and Self Care

We’re marking the close of summer with an intimate gathering designed to move, ground, and inspire. 

On Monday, August 4th, Ara’kai Practice welcomes our new studio manager Tone for an energising Pilates session, followed by immersive rituals with two of our favourite sensory brands: Sándor and Basium. You’ll leave feeling reset — and with a curated gift bag to continue the ritual at home.

The evening will unfold as follows:

A 1-hour Pilates Class led by Tone a Lanserhof Pilates instructor and our Head of studio at Ara´kai Practice. Known for her strong core based classes with focus on slow and controlled movement, Tone will guide you through hands on technique for an optimal feeling in your body.

A relaxing scalp care ritual with Sabrina, the founder of Sándor, a modern haircare brand we love for its intentional ingredients, holistic philosophy, and cult-favourite Gua Sha tool.

Constanze, founder of Basium, will share the inspiration behind her essential-oil-based perfumes — designed to reconnect you with nature and yourself.

Light snacks, matcha, and kombucha served throughout.
