How does your morning and night-time rituals differ when it comes to self- and skin care?

Every morning I cleanse and refresh. I end my morning shower with cold water, dry brushing, body oil, skincare rutine and simpel makeup. I also do breath work and mediation practice to start my day of right.

In the evenings I make sure to ground and nurture. I love a hot shower with essential oils to end my day.  I do my facemask twice a week on evenings while my kids have their evening bath. I focus on nurturing my skin and layer with serum and cream, eye cream, lip balm so it can nurture my skin throughout the night and glow with vitality in the morning.

What has been a product or self care ritual that has been a true game changer for you?

Breath work, dry brushing and my face pillow. Three things that have had immediate impact in my life.

What is your favorite self-care ritual?

My morning cold shower, it gives me vitality and focus.

How do you carve out time for a calming self-care moment?

As a mom of two it’s all about the micro-moments in life. A minute here and there does it for me in these years with small children. I aim to make the most of it.

Is there a beauty or self-care ritual from your childhood that you still cherish today?

Body oil post bath is something I grew up with and still do to this day, every day. It’s the best opportunity to connect with your body.
