Shipping
All orders placed before 9:00 AM on working days are usually shipped within the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
In busy sale periods, we do our best to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the day you place your order.
We send with GLS and Postnord and your order should arrive within 1-3 working days.
Ara´kai Beauty cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier or local customs.
You also have the option to pick up your order at the store in Gammel Mønt 21 at no additional cost.
Your order is ready for collection when you receive a confirmation from us. It is typically the same day that you order.

Out of stock items
The inventory on our site should be up-to-date, but sometimes due to high demand mistakes happen and an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In this case we will contact you by e-mail to see if you’d like us to ship the order incomplete (and we will ship the remaining items at no extra charge when they become available.) Or we’d be happy to help you find a replacement product. You can also sign up on an individual product page to be notified when the product is back in stock.
Damaged or defective goods
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at hello@arakaibeauty.com. We are happy to resolve this for you.
Returns
Unopened skincare, makeup and body products returned within 14 days of original purchase are eligible for a full refund in the original method paid or store credit (less shipping costs for online orders). Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened.
Please write to us with your return requests at hello@arakaibeauty.com. In your note please include your name, date of purchase and reason for returning the product. Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to research original purchase and decline refunds. All sales items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
