These events encompass a variety of practices, including Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, and weekly Sound Baths. In our commitment to providing an enriching and personalized experience, we've ensured that each class maintains a small and intimate size with a maximum of 6 participants per event. This deliberate choice allows our trusted experts to offer direct attention to you, fostering a high level of individual focus and dedicated guidance. This setting allows for a more immersive and tailored practice, ensuring that you get the most out of your time with us.

Every attendee will receive a specially curated goodie bag featuring products from Ara'kai, enhancing your well-being both during and after the sessions. We'll be providing healthy snacks and beverages to nourish your body, creating a truly holistic and rejuvenating experience.
