[September 6] Tone's Signature Practice

For one morning only, Tone returns to Ara’kai Practice while back in Copenhagen to share an extended 90-minute experience of her signature practice.

Through intentional movement and hands-on practice, Tone will guide a deeply nourishing session for the whole body, with particular attention to the organs and digestive system to support performance, recovery and overall wellbeing.

Following the practice, we’ll gather around the table for a nourishing breakfast from Ara’kai Pantry and ease into the rest of the weekend together.
