The Ara’kai Energy Reset is a 75-minute treatment designed to restore balance, relaxation, and clarity through a combination of therapeutic bodywork and guided energy healing.
The session is structured as follows:
40 minutes of full-body massage
A grounding, slow massage to release muscular tension, support circulation, and help the nervous system settle. This portion of the treatment is fully hands-on and focused on physical relaxation and relief.
35 minutes of energy work, guided healing & gentle touch
The second half of the session shifts into energy-based healing work, which may include breath awareness, gentle touch, and intuitive techniques focused on the body’s energetic pathways (often referred to as chakras or meridians). During this time, I maintain gentle physical contact to support healing and relaxation. This part of the treatment is slower and more meditative, often including moments of conversation and reflection with you to enhance the process.
Energy work is often experienced as deeply calming and restorative. Some clients notice sensations such as warmth, lightness, emotional release, or a profound sense of rest, while others simply experience a quieting of the mind and body. Each session is individual and meets you where you are.
After the treatment, I take time to talk with you about your experience, helping to gently integrate the session and answer any questions.
Each treatment incorporates Ara’kai’s in-house Algae Body Oil, crafted with clean, natural ingredients to nourish the skin and support radiance.
